Having never played Tsuro before, I was really looking forward to trying this one out. Playing Solo - which is what I mostly do with games on my iPad - the implementation is quite good. There are 3 levels of AI and a number of achievements to go after. Include the single player goal of seeing how long a single track you can make, is a great brain-puzzle time waster.
The Facebook implementation for multiplayer takes away 1 star. Normally, I wouldnt take away a star for this as I dont play online often. But after getting GameCenter friend requests from complete strangers, asking me to friend them on Facebook too, I became a little annoyed. I do hope this is altered in the future.
Another star is removed because in a multiplayer game against the AI, you are automatically the starting player. It would be much better in an 2-8 player game to have the option to randomize which player goes first.
That said, the App is still worth the expense. Its a great implementation, and Im glad I picked it up.
